Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking Direct Support Specialists (DSPs) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You will support daily living activities, promote independence, and help clients reach personal goals in a compassionate setting.

Requirements include at least 1 year of DSP experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and insurance, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
