OCL Group Inc. seeks an experienced Shovel Maintenance Supervisor to oversee multi-trade maintenance crews. The position focuses on protected, on-schedule, high-quality execution across shovel maintenance, component change-outs, and outages. Responsibilities include fleet repairs, reporting, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct protected, productive, quality shovel maintenance execution
Oversee shovel splits and major component change-outs
Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and lube checks
Lead toolbox talks, JSAs, and FLHAs
Manage schedules, time reporting, and progress tracking

Requirements:
Journey-certified Heavy Duty Mechanic, HET, or Millwright
Inter-provincial Red Seal and JM Off Road or Millwright Ticket
Three to five years of shovel maintenance experience
Supervisory experience leading mining equipment maintenance crews
Willingness to work day or night outage shifts
