Conduct client care callsand proactively identify opportunities to review and improve clients’ insurance programs. Review renewals with clients, identify coverage gaps and opportunities, and recommend appropriate changes. Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, taking ownership of their insurance needs. Sell new policies and write new business for existing and prospective clients while retaining and growing the existing book of business. Handle inbound new business inquiries, provide quotes and coverage recommendations, and follow up with prospects to convert opportunities into new clients.
