This Dietary Worker provides patient customer service and serves as a liaison to other departments. The position involves answering phones, recording menu orders, addressing questions, and directing calls appropriately. You will use web-based software while maintaining knowledge of therapeutic diets and collaborating with doctors, nurses, and the Food & Nutrition team.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer patient calls about meals and nutritional needs
Record patient orders using software systems
Direct questions appropriately when answers are unavailable




Coordinate accurate nutrition with doctors and nurses
Maintain privacy, safety, dignity, and sanitation standards

Requirements:
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Food service or dietary clerk experience preferred
Fluent English communication; bilingual or multilingual skills appreciated
Comfort using software, keyboards, and telephone headsets
Ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure
