Processing Center Advisor Location: Edmonton, AB Contract Duration: 7 Months Pay Rate: CAD $20-$30/hr Work Arrangement: Onsite Job Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented Processing Center Advisor to review applications, assess eligibility, respond to inquiries, and support program administration while maintaining accurate records and protecting confidential information.

Key Responsibilities: Review and process applications, renewals, and amendments.

Verify supporting documents and assess eligibility against program guidelines.

Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries.

Troubleshoot application, payment, and system-related issues.

Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information securely.

Manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced workplace.





Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years of customer service or retail experience. 2+ years of experience researching documentation to resolve issues. 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, prioritizing tasks, and working independently and in teams.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have: Office administration education.

Call center experience and familiarity with multiple computer systems.

Experience with application processing, eligibility assessment, or perks administration.
