The Mobile Maintenance Supervisor will manage the maintenance of all mobile equipment and light vehicles while reporting directly to the Superintendent. Ideal candidates will possess solid leadership capabilities, a Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification, and a solid background in mining or heavy industrial settings. You will foster a culture of safety and teamwork while prioritizing workload and maintaining high performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor Mobile Maintenance staff
Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance activities




Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations
Monitor equipment performance and address reliability issues
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and reporting

Requirements:
Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification
Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience
