Here, every role matters because every promise we keep helps build a stronger, more resilient Ontario.If you're energized by impactful work and want to be part of a team shaping a trusted, modern mutual, you'll feel right at home with us.The OpportunityThe Loss Prevention Administrator provides day‐to‐day administrative and operational assistance in coordinating, tracking and processing inspections to reduce claim frequency and severity, supporting the overall financial performance of Nova Mutual.This position ensures that inspection requests are handled efficiently, reports are accurate and timely, and communication between Nova Mutual teams, field inspectors, and policy holders is smooth and professional. It requires strong organizational skills, professional phone etiquette, explicit written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. This is a hybrid position,



and the role holder would be required to work from our Jarvis office 2‐3 times weekly.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, review, and assign loss inspection requests to appropriate loss prevention inspectorsMonitor the progress of inspection assignments to ensure timely completion and quality standards are metCollect, review and upload inspection reports, photos and supporting documents into company system (MIRA360 and CHRP)Send out Risk Improvement Reports on behalf of Nova and follow up on requirementsCollaborate with underwriters, loss prevention inspectors, claims adjusters and policy holders on open cases as neededAssist in developing and implementing loss prevention process improvementsAttend quarterly sessions with all departments present to continually enhance Loss PreventionQualificationsEducation in Insurance or a related field of study1+ years of experience in insurance operations or inspection coordination with demonstrated knowledge of insurance or loss control processesExperience in scheduling and/or cold calling is considered an assetDemonstrated ability to prioritize effectively while managing multiple tasksStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departmentsDemonstrated excellence in customer serviceProficiency in Microsoft Office requiredProficiency in software applications specific to the role is considered an asset– MIRA360, CHRP and Cognition+Why Join Us?A supportive, inclusive, and mission‐driven cultureCompetitive compensation and benefits packageThe chance to make a difference in a growing modern mutualReady to Make a Difference?If this opportunity excites you, we'd love to hear from you.
