Lead pork category optimization at Conestoga Meats through strategic planning, pricing analysis, and production-focused product management. This is a full time position.

Reporting to the Director of Product Management and Business Optimization, you will manage one product category as its market expert. Apply financial analysis, cost forecasting, market intelligence, and project management to support Sales decisions and category growth. You will also guide a Sales Planner.

Key Responsibilities:
Create six-to-twelve-month category optimization plans
Recommend pricing, product mix, and disposition actions
Present weekly category financial insights and initiatives
Forecast costs using industry benchmarks and market information
Maintain specifications,



yields, and production accountability

Requirements:
Three-to-five years product management experience required
Two-to-three years meat industry pricing experience required
University degree in Business, Finance, or Mathematics required
Financial analysis and budgeting skills
Robust Microsoft Office, communication, and detail skills

Use pork category expertise, pricing strategy, and financial insight to optimize products and support Conestoga Meats’ Sales team.
