As a Party and Event Host, you will plan multiple children’s birthday parties, craft classes, and other events. You will engage clients from ages four to 94+, demonstrate craft projects, perform face painting, and manage event details. The role also includes helping shoppers, supporting checkout, and completing store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate multiple parties, classes, and events
- Demonstrate crafts, face painting, and participant activities
- Set up, clean, and break down scheduled events
- Answer emails, make calls, and complete paperwork




- Help customers locate products and shop Michaels

Requirements:

- Experience working with children and children’s events
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Organizational, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills
- Retail or customer service experience required
- Ability to remain standing and move throughout stores
