As a Patient Services Specialist, you will welcome patients and manage their clinic visits. The position serves FYidoctors Wolfville, FYidoctors Berwick, and FYidoctors Current Minas clinics. Your work includes appointments, billing, payments, eyewear support, and technology-assisted administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out
Perform pre-testing supporting comprehensive eye care
Coordinate appointments and prepare prescription printouts
Manage billing, payments,



and eyewear pick-ups
Complete minor eyewear repairs and adjustments

Requirements:
Previous retail experience considered an asset
Proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
