Silver Hotel Group is seeking a Front Office Manager for Fairfield Inn & Suites Ottawa Kanata to elevate daily front desk operations and guest service. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee front desk, guest services, and nightly operations, driving revenue prospects and ensuring brand standards.

You will recruit and develop the Front Desk team, manage scheduling and budgets, and partner with housekeeping and sales to deliver exceptional experiences.
