Operate shearing, punching, and bending equipment at Eaton’s Milton, Ontario facility. Apply fabrication experience during the 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM shift.
As a Machine Operator, you will produce parts for standard and custom panel boards and switchboards. The work involves machine setup, fabrication drawings, DMM software, and safe manufacturing practices. You will support internal and external customers through organized production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate shearing, punching, and bending machines
- Complete pre-start safety checks and report concerns
- Set up guards, interlocks, and light curtains
- Read drawings and determine fabrication operation sequences
- Organize completed orders for the next operation
Requirements:
- Completed high school diploma
- At least one year of fabrication machine experience
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
- Ability to read basic drawings and layouts
- Good digital, mathematical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
