Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery as an Industrial Electrician in Markham, Ontario, working in person across automotive metal-stamping equipment.

Kellow Recruiting is partnering with an established Canadian automotive metal-stamping manufacturer seeking an experienced, hands-on electrician. You will work across stamping presses, automated systems, motors, drives, sensors, and production equipment. The work includes preventive maintenance, electrical diagnosis, repairs, installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot electrical faults on stamping presses and production machinery
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
- Diagnose motors, drives, sensors, relays, and contactors
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment using schematics and diagnostic tools




- Maintain automated equipment, conveyors, and material-handling systems

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario 442A or 309A electrician licence
- Minimum three years of industrial electrical maintenance experience preferred
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills in manufacturing environments
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Experience with motors, controls, sensors, drives, and PLC equipment
