Actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and perform month-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company policies. Support variance analysis between actual results, budget, and forecasts. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring proper classification and documentation. Assist with intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidations as needed. Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process by providing historical data, insights, and trend analysis. Support internal and external audits, preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries. Monitor and improve accounting processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Partner with cross‑functional teams (FP&A;, operations, and tax) to ensure consistent and accurate financial reporting.



Assist with system implementations or enhancements, including ERP system upgrades or process automation initiatives. Implement and analyze various performance indicators and take the necessary measures with the managers concerned. Participate in other projects as necessary. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA designation preferred). 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or multi‑entity environment. Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles. Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems. Advance proficiency with data management. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Effective communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management. Preferred Skills Experience in financial analysis or FP&A; in addition to accounting. Exposure to audit support, multi‑currency and multi‑entity workplace. Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.
