As a full time Controller in our Cloud-Based Accounting Practice, you will oversee accurate accounting service delivery to wide-ranging clients. This role necessitates collaboration with clients, teams, and CFOs to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Your leadership will guide a small team, ensuring they thrive in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted financial advisor to multiple clients
Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Participate in budgeting and forecasting sessions
Mentor and support accounting professionals

Requirements:
CPA or CPA candidate
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Experience in a controller-level role
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles
Strong problem-solving and client service skills
