This full time Security Concierge position maintains safety across common areas, towers, parking areas, and surrounding walkways. The work includes monitoring cameras, responding to security, medical, flood, fire, elevator, and gate emergencies. Clear incident reporting supports management and client follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct proactive security patrols across buildings and premises
Provide superior customer service to residents
Monitor cameras and complete hourly patrols

Requirements:
Valid British Columbia Security Training license
Minimum one year of security experience
Excellent verbal English communication skills

Availability for evening and overnight shifts
