The position also involves warranty interpretation, parts research, and accurate repair documentation for truck and trailer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Research parts and equipment for the service shop

Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate
Excellent customer service and robust communication skills
Microsoft Office and standard office equipment proficiency
Mechanical aptitude and basic service shop understanding preferred
Availability Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
