You will communicate relevant information to teams while considering morale and productivity. The position emphasizes safe line performance, Valuable Manufacturing Practices, equipment defect response, and continuous improvement across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead production teams while ensuring safety and product quality
- Instil continuous improvement across employees and operations

- Execute corrective actions for identified equipment defects

Requirements:

- Supervisory experience with demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Prior processing and packaging experience in manufacturing
- Lean Six Sigma experience is desired
- Relevant manufacturing education or equivalent work experience
