Use automotive claims expertise and empathy to support YWT Dealer Services partners and customers across Calgary in a field-based role.

As a Claims Concierge Specialist, you will represent YWT’s Dealer Concierge Team while guiding dealers and customers through claims. You will train dealership service and F&I; teams, explain protection programs, and communicate throughout each claim journey. The role reports to the Claims Concierge Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer dealer and customer claim inquiries clearly and accurately
Follow up until every concern receives resolution
Visit Calgary dealers and train service and F&I; teams
Explain coverage, exclusions, claim limits, and payment procedures




Document interactions and share feedback for process improvements

Requirements:
Minimum two years automotive service, claims, and customer experience
Solid empathy, active listening, and customer service skills
Ability to de-escalate challenging situations positively
Confidence delivering dealership training and presentations
Calgary-area residence, driver’s license, vehicle, and Alberta travel availability
