As a full time, permanent Product Support Coordinator, you will manage work orders from opening through execution. You will monitor work in progress, process service invoices, and maintain billing requirements. The position supports department objectives while coordinating with Supervisors, Dispatch, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor work in progress with Supervisors and Dispatch
Verify service work orders and complete invoices
