This Level 1 technician performs field maintenance and learns protected solar industry practices. You will service equipment under supervision, complete testing and maintenance tasks, and support utility-scale solar plants. The position requires relocation to a specific United States site, with details discussed during interviews.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow protected work practices and seek guidance for unfamiliar tasks
Operate and care for company equipment, tooling, and property
Service solar equipment in multiple plants under supervision
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance using monitoring programs




Prepare accurate documentation and required work reports

Requirements:
High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma, or equivalent
Basic electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and solar plant understanding
Mechanical or electrical environment experience through training or work
Ability to work remotely in extreme weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
