Provide patient-centred acute medicine care as a part time Registered Practical Nurse at Southlake Health in Newmarket, Ontario.

This permanent RPN position supports Medicine 6 within a cooperative healthcare team. You will apply nursing standards, communicate with patients and families, and contribute to care planning. The role includes working with Registered Nurses and interprofessional colleagues while supporting patients with complex and geriatric medical populations.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient and family-focused care within RPN scope
Assess and document patient health status continuously
Assist with care plans and evaluate effectiveness

Requirements:
Recognized RPN diploma and Ontario registration in positive standing
