This Customer Service Representative position supports customer satisfaction, facility condition, merchandising, and store controls. You will greet customers, offer recommendations, process payments, operate fuel and lottery equipment, and maintain accurate records. The work includes stocking merchandise, receiving deliveries, cleaning equipment, and reporting discrepancies or safety concerns. A high school diploma or GED and retail sales experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide assistance or recommendations
- Process sales, payments, and cash register transactions accurately
- Operate fuel, lottery,



money order, and telecom equipment
- Maintain store cleanliness, equipment, stock, and signage
- Report incidents, discrepancies, failures, and supply needs

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Accurate operation of registers, scanners, and other equipment
- Ability to communicate information clearly
- Ability to work scheduled shifts and arrive on time
