As an Adoption Coordinator, you will guide prospective adopters through applications, conversations, and matching decisions. The role supports lasting matches between animals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process adoption applications within 48 hours, ideally sooner
- Discuss applications with adopters and facilitate suitable matches
- Arrange meet and greets with foster homes and pet stores




- Maintain application statuses, notes, and records in PetPoint
- Finalize adoptions, fees, microchips, and medical disclosures

Requirements:

- Genuine interest in animal welfare and animal behaviour
- Customer service experience with diverse people
- Robust organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Emotional resilience and sound problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
