This Gold Room Technician supports the refinery, gravity process, and metallurgical tasks at the Madsen processing plant. Responsibilities include furnace operation, electrowinning, molten gold pouring, and shipment preparation. The schedule is 14 days on and 14 days off.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate the gold room furnace and manage melting fluxes
- Manage electrowinning cells and recover gold sludge
- Pour molten gold into molds safely and precisely
- Prepare gold shipments, samples, packages, and documentation
- Operate Knelson and ACACIA gravity processes

Requirements:

- Two years of refining experience
- High school diploma required; engineering education is an asset
- Computer skills using Excel and Word
- Ability to handle hazardous materials and physically demanding tasks
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal skills
