Keolis Canada seeks a Dispatcher for a temporary seasonal contract from November 15, 2026, to April 29, 2027. You will coordinate bus operators and vehicles while supporting secure, efficient, on-schedule service. The work combines operational oversight, disruption response, customer communication, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and direct bus movements to maintain schedules
Manage detours, breakdowns, accidents, and service disruptions
Communicate instructions and updates with operators by radio
Allocate spare vehicles and relief operators as needed




Document incidents and service disruptions accurately and promptly

Requirements:
Two years of dispatcher or similar experience
Working knowledge of dispatching software and GPS systems
Knowledge of Whistler geography and surrounding road networks
Robust communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Administrative experience and Microsoft Office proficiency
