The Maintenance Analyst designs, schedules, and updates the building's maintenance program with the maintenance team. The position coordinates equipment replacement and upgrade projects. Responsibilities span maintenance planning, documentation, suppliers, contractors, schedules, costs, and operations coordination. The role also supports equipment diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update the building maintenance program
Manage CMMS records, facilities documentation, and equipment drawings
Coordinate equipment replacement and upgrade projects
Prepare estimates, schedules,



and project justification documents
Monitor contractors, project costs, and work compliance

Requirements:
At least two years' relevant project or maintenance management experience
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency
Experience with HVAC and building electrical systems
Experience with CMMS software and unionized settings
French-English bilingualism and required security clearances
