Lead warehouse operations at JYSK Canada through inventory control, shipping, receiving, and protected merchandise handling. This role supports store management and warehouse teams.

As a Warehouse Lead, you assist with daily store operations while organizing and maintaining a clean warehouse. You unload, stock, and retrieve merchandise in the backroom, keeping logistics current. You also supervise, coach, and train warehouse team members on processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness
Unload, stock, and retrieve backroom merchandise
Manage inventory and control losses, damages, and thefts
Communicate merchandise arrivals to the store team
Print receiving reports for purchase orders and transfers

Requirements:
Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
Plan, organize, and prioritize warehouse work urgently
Make shipping and receiving decisions supporting company guidelines
Minimum six months relevant warehouse or back-end retail experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
