Registered Practical Nurses provide resident care and staff guidance at Extendicare’s Arbour Heights Home in Kingston, Ontario. Day and night shifts are available.

This RPN position supports residents according to standards of practice while offering leadership to personal care staff. Opportunities include full time, part-time, and casual schedules. You will develop care plans, supervise staff, orient recent team members, and communicate effectively in English. Current provincial registration is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement resident care plans
Review and evaluate resident care plans
Plan and supervise personal care staff work
Evaluate personal care staff performance
Orient and train new team members

Requirements:
Current registration with a provincial College of Nurses
Compassion, professionalism, and respect
Effective English reading, writing, and communication skills
Availability for day or night shifts
Full-time, part time, or casual availability
