Forbes GM is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team of customer focused specialists. The Service Advisor will act as a liaison between customers and technicians, recommend required service and repairs, handle scheduled maintenance requests, and help sell additional services when appropriate.

The role ensures the vehicle is fixed right the first time by accurately documenting concerns and reviewing the work order with customers at delivery.
