This position requires an experienced, self-motivated professional capable of working independently, leading complex engineering activities, and providing technical guidance to junior staff. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team setting delivering engineering services for nuclear power plants within a matrix organization.## **Your role*** Prepare and review engineering documents, calculations, specifications, reports, drawings, procedures, and other technical deliverables.* Lead conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design activities for nuclear power plant systems, structures, and components.* Define engineering scope, technical requirements, deliverables, budgets, schedules, and resource needs.* Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities and resolve technical and interface issues with clients, suppliers, project teams, and other stakeholders.* Support engineering changes through the applicable engineering change control processes,



from concept development through implementation, commissioning, closeout, and availability for service.* Perform and review technical assessments, calculations, design evaluations, and verification activities in accordance with applicable procedures.* Provide pre-order and post-order engineering support, including preparation of procurement documents, technical bid evaluations, supplier document reviews, and resolution of design deviations and non-conformances.* Support manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, testing, installation, commissioning, and field activities, including site and supplier visits as required.* Ensure work complies with applicable codes, standards, regulatory requirements, quality-assurance requirements, and client and company procedures.* Interface directly with client engineering representatives and communicate technical matters clearly to peers, management, suppliers, and other stakeholders.* Monitor and report on engineering progress, performance, risks, issues, and staffing needs to engineering and project management.* Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, provide technical guidance, and contribute to knowledge
