As a Patient Care Retail Sales Specialist, you will assist patients, caregivers, and healthcare specialists with personalized product recommendations. Your work will include mobility aids, compression therapy, orthopedic bracing, wound-care supplies, and home-health equipment. Clinical knowledge and retail service support protected daily-living solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess customer needs using clinically relevant questions
Recommend medical supplies and mobility equipment
Complete fittings and basic mobility-aid adjustments
Educate customers about product use, care,



and maintenance
Process payments and document customer interactions accurately

Requirements:
Post-secondary education as a Personal Support Worker
Clinical experience in patient care or mobility support
Knowledge of infection prevention and PHIPA standards
Strong communication, organization, and patient-focused skills
Ability to stand and handle light equipment
