Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement a 5-week rotational menu
Ensure compliance with therapeutic diets ordered by physicians




Maintain detailed dietary records for residents
Oversee cleanliness and sanitation in food handling
Coordinate with Public Health inspectors during compliance checks

Requirements:
Diploma in Culinary Management with Red Seal certification
Minimum three years' experience in health care
