As a Program Manager, you will support cross-functional product development from concept through production release. The work spans Engineering, Supply Chain, Packaging, Test, and Quality teams. Success requires organization, detail orientation, communication, and comfort learning new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support new product introduction activities and phase-gate reviews
- Facilitate meetings and document action items
- Maintain program plans and track dependencies
- Escalate schedule, resource, or technical issues
- Coordinate activities across functional development teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field
- Zero to three years of project or program management experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities collaboratively
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, or Jira proficiency
