Manage full-cycle accounts payable for Sunrise Farms across multiple companies and locations. Apply invoice matching, payment processing, and reconciliation expertise accurately.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist reporting to the Manager, Accounts Payable and Receivable, you will support timely finance operations. Responsibilities include processing vouchers, maintaining supporting working papers, preparing payments, reconciling bank activity, and organizing paperwork. You will also communicate with vendors and help resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process standard vouchers and matched invoices in the ERP system
- Maintain adequate supporting working papers for payable transactions
- Prepare EFT, ACH, and cheque payments accurately




- Reconcile bank statements with the cash book weekly
- Organize paperwork and maintain accurate files

Requirements:

- At least two years of accounts payable experience
- Experience processing high volumes of invoices
- Solid data entry and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work with teams and other departments
