Reporting to the Regional Manager, this Maintenance Technician maintains safety, functionality, and overall property condition. The work covers minor renovations, suite maintenance, plumbing, electrical repairs, appliance servicing, and common-area upkeep. Success requires safe work practices, accurate documentation, and effective responses to emergencies and work orders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement preventative maintenance programs and scheduled tasks
- Repair kitchen cabinets, doors, cupboards, windows, and locks
- Address minor mold, asbestos, and pest-related concerns appropriately
- Maintain grounds,



walkways, parking areas, and common spaces
- Communicate deficiencies and specialized repair needs to supervisors

Requirements:

- Experience with building maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of protected work and health and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Capacity to lift and move maintenance materials, tools, and equipment
- Availability for on-call rotation and after-hours emergencies
