This Customer Experience Associate role sits on the frontline of TD Bank’s Personal and Commercial Banking business. You will provide service, information, and advice to existing and prospective customers while identifying relevant product and service opportunities. Success includes handling confidential matters with discretion, meeting assigned goals, and maintaining timely, accurate business processes. An undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset, while high school education and relevant experience are required.
