Support healthcare service contracts through monitoring, negotiation, and analysis as a Contract Performance Specialist with Fraser Health.

This full-time position is based at Fraser Health’s Central City office in Surrey, British Columbia. You will support contract performance accountability, service provider compliance, and contract administration across business streams. The work includes reporting, corrective action, stakeholder consultation, and coordination with program areas and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track quality and key performance indicator information
- Identify anomalies and recommend service program adjustments
- Resolve provider and client relation issues
- Develop contract deliverables using clinical data




- Participate in committees and internal or external projects

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ recent related contract experience
- Experience in contract management, negotiation, and execution
- Related Bachelor’s-equivalent education, training, and experience
- Solid writing, editing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate, evaluate, analyze, and prioritize work
