Waste Solutions Canada seeks an Outside Sales Representative to convert qualified and self-sourced prospects into profitable waste and recycling agreements. You will manage an assigned territory, pipeline, quota, prioritization, and forecasting. The role includes customer meetings, pricing coordination, proposals, negotiations, closing, CRM updates, and account handoffs. Waste or recycling sales experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
Own territory quota, pipeline, prioritization, and forecasting
Conduct customer meetings and site assessments




Coordinate pricing information and proposal preparation
Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close agreements
Hand won accounts to Account Management

Requirements:
Two to four years of B2B outside sales experience
Consultative selling, negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills
Comfort with territory travel and in-person meetings
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Robust CRM, organization, and follow-up skills
