The Procurement and Purchasing Analyst I manages transactional purchasing while serving as a Strategic Procurement Business Partner. The work covers demand planning, category management, supplier relationships, negotiation, compliance, and value delivery. The role provides direct support to the North America Controller.

Key Responsibilities:
Translate internal needs into competitive, compliant purchasing solutions
Manage assigned categories, portfolios, spend, risks, and contracts
Conduct RFI, RFP, RFQ, and supplier evaluations
Negotiate commercial terms and document award justifications




Monitor supplier performance, purchase orders, risks, and commitments

Requirements:
University degree in business, engineering, logistics, economics, or related field
At least five years of purchasing or procurement experience
Experience with strategic or tactical sourcing activities
Knowledge of SAP or SAP S/4HANA purchasing processes
Knowledge of agricultural business is an advantage
