Responsibilities span training, feedback, customer resolution, visual merchandising, sales-floor coverage, cash operations, inventory, and communication. The position requires at least two years of retail experience, preferably in fashion apparel or footwear.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboard, train, and evaluate employees through ongoing feedback
Handle complex customer situations and resolve service discrepancies
Maintain visual standards, store organization, and product knowledge
Manage registers, cash counts,



deposits, and register paperwork
Process inventory, shipments, recalls, markdowns, and damages

Requirements:
Minimum two years of retail industry experience
High School or College Degree, or equivalent retail experience
Explicit communication and staff leadership skills
Microsoft Excel and POS system proficiency
Organizational and retail performance metric knowledge
