The LEMS Analyst processes service tickets, service receipts, and supplier documentation. You will validate purchase orders, service dates, approvals, and records. The position supports Operations, Supply Chain Management, Accounts Payable, and external vendors while maintaining financial controls and audit trails.

Key Responsibilities:
Review tickets and documentation for completeness and compliance
Process receipts and receiving transactions in Maximo
Validate purchase orders, service dates, and approvals
Identify discrepancies and escalate exceptions to leadership
Maintain records supporting complete audit trails

Requirements:
