Reporting to the Director, Business Development, this Sales Specialist supports Sun Life's business development team and may interact directly with clients. The work includes PowerPoint documentation, renewal support, reporting, Advisor training, and employee meetings. Success requires organization, communication, Excel expertise, and Group Perks SunAdvantage knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare custom presentations and client documentation for Account Executives
Review renewal plans and flag accounts considered at risk
Analyze reports, dashboards, and financial updates for insights




Deliver Advisor training around key processes
Handle service escalations and coordinate internal resolutions

Requirements:
College diploma and three to five years related experience
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic formulas
Strong presentation, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Basic to intermediate Group Benefits SunAdvantage knowledge
