Coordinate Canadian Tax growth initiatives at EY using project planning, event logistics, and Microsoft 365 skills across connected teams. Support national go-to-market activity while keeping deliverables organized and on track.

As a Senior Associate, you will support planning, coordination, and execution for Tax campaigns, events, marketing activities, and business development programs. The work includes maintaining trackers, coordinating stakeholders, developing materials, and managing publication processes. You will collaborate with Tax leaders and teams including BMC, Communications, Digital, Creative, Translation, and SCORE.

Key Responsibilities:
Support regional and national Tax campaigns and growth initiatives
Coordinate event logistics, speakers, materials, venues, and technology requirements
Maintain project plans, timelines, trackers,



and meeting actions
Coordinate internal and external go-to-market materials
Track deliverables and escalate potential roadblocks appropriately

Requirements:
One to three years in coordination, marketing, or related fields
Experience coordinating projects, events, campaigns, or stakeholder activities
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Extremely organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces
Post-secondary business, marketing, or communications education is an asset
