Spencer Gifts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Canada to support daily store operations and guest services. You will help the Store Manager drive sales and profitability by developing staff, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and enforcing merchandising and inventory controls in line with company policies.

Minimum age is 18, with the physical demands including standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail or management experience is required.
