The Service Technician performs preventative maintenance, diagnoses faulty operations and repairs new, pre-owned and customer vehicles. They will identify mechanical problems using computerized equipment and communicate effectively with advisors and management to complete work orders in a safe and timely manner.ResponsibilitiesPerform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.Inspect and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment on recent, pre-owned, and customer vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made.Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning,



etc.Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
