Manage overnight access control and emergency response as a part time Security Officer with the Jewish Community Campus of Ottawa. On-call work may be available.

Working within an in-house security team, you will help protect the campus, its assets, and VIPs. Responsibilities include interior and exterior patrols, event security, Fire Safety checks, and incident investigations. A visible security presence remains essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage building access during overnight security shifts
- Patrol interior and exterior campus property
- Provide security for events, assets, and VIPs
- Investigate incidents and complete Fire Safety checks
- Respond to emergencies while maintaining visible presence

Requirements:

- Mandatory valid Ontario Security License at hiring
- Calm, cool-headed response during emergencies
- Ability to manage challenging people and situations
- Reliable and punctual attendance for assigned work
- Effective English communication and ongoing training willingness
