Deliver Fatburger’s premium guest experience through personable service, table visits, food orders, and basic shift supervision. This position includes varied schedules.

As a Fatburger Guest Service Supervisor, you will help maintain a sincere, caring, and personable image for guests and staff. You will assign and direct work, motivate Team Members, and support standards for service, atmosphere, cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and food presentation. The position also involves training current Team Members and shift leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet, thank, and say goodbye to guests throughout each shift
- Perform table visits and deliver the Fat experience
- Assign and direct work during scheduled shifts
- Keep Team Members motivated and support job satisfaction
- Train new Team Members and shift leaders

Requirements:

- One to two years of related experience or training
- Ability to speak effectively before customers
- Ability to work with diverse teams professionally
- Superior guest service and pleasant demeanor
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
