At Technical Safety BC, the Quality Assurance Tester develops and executes tests for Dynamics 365 CRM and traditional applications. You will assess configurations, workflows, new features, and legacy systems through functional, regression, integration, and system testing. The position reports to the Leader, IT Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test Dynamics 365 CRM configurations and workflows
- Design test cases from functional and non-functional requirements
- Perform regression, integration, system, and functional testing
- Collaborate with developers to resolve documented defects
- Verify fixes through retesting and maintain test records

Requirements:

- Two to three years of quality assurance testing experience
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test case systems
- Basic database knowledge, including SQL data validation
