Key Responsibilities:

- Develop editorial vision, strategy and innovative distribution approaches
- Oversee profiles, investigative features and original storytelling
- Mentor newsroom talent and guide commissioning processes
- Use analytics to inform editorial and digital decisions




- Lead University Rankings and Maclean’s Ideas Summit franchises

Requirements:

- Senior leadership experience at a major publication
- Robust understanding of audience development and subscription models
- Ability to manage diverse journalists and creative professionals
- Experience managing budgets and collaborating across departments
- Bilingual English and French is a strong asset
